I stayed in the beautiful suite for several nights. the apartment included a useful kitchen and laundry machine, so i could heat food and wash clothes. the bed was AMAZING!!! the mattress was so comfortable, and i slept very well. the staff was very polite and helpful. They would call to see if i needed anything.
one of the four available was out of service for my entire stay. this caused some delays and inconvenience when moving between floors.

the deluxe suite had a living area and a kitchen inside. the rooms were cleaned regularly; however, sometimes i had to remind the reception to have it done. the bed was comfortable, making sleep restful.

the hotel is a short drive from the mall. the area offers convenient access to taxis. proximity to services and the mall of istanbul made getting around easy.

The cleaning service was not great. i was told cleaning happens every two days. they waited five days once and the cleaning was not thorough after i complained. also, one day someone left the door open after cleaning! i asked the reception to check the security cameras, but nothing happened.

the staff was friendly. denise provided clear instructions on using the metro stations. alaattin was also helpful. the hotel also features a chinese restaurant on site.
i ordered food from the restaurant several times. the staff who brought the food were rude. they did not speak the language well. one television in the main room did not work and the maintenance did not come back with a new remote.

the vip fruit table was a lovely touch. the larger room also added to my relaxation , and the bed was very comfortable.
